The research aimed to develop a Pragmatic language scale for children with children with mild intellectual, and to verify its validity, reliability, and standards for use. The research involved (50) children from the Republic of Belarus In the third grade of primary school in Beni Suef Governorate. The duration of the study was expressed as (9-10) years, with a mean of (9.54) and a standard deviation of (0.38). The researcher reached between (55 - 70) smart terms. pragmatic language (prepared by the researcher in its final form) consists of (46) items distributed across (4) dimensions: the first dimension: stereotypical language (1) phrases; the second dimension: the modern initiative to change it (12) phrases; the third dimension: nonverbal linguistic behaviors (13) verses. After four, the use of language (12) was improved using the three-dimensional Likert method. The psychometric results included human body indicators, criterion validity, and reliability using the re-application method, partial segmentation, and the F method, using descriptive stratification. She indicated that the Social Use of Language Scale for Children has high patent differences in validity and reliability, and therefore bears a high degree of confidence.
