A proposed scenario for the development of the LRC to provide the general Education teachers with the skills of e-Learning

Abstract

The aim of this Search is to develop  A proposed scenario for the development of the LRC to provide the general Education teachers with the skills of e-Learning, and to identify the specifications, material capabilities, services and activities that the LRC must provide to develop the e-learning skills of general education teachers. In addition to defining the e-Learning skills of general school teachers, & Identify e-learning skills for teachers. Use the descriptive approach by the data collection tool, the questionnaire. The study sample was selected in a simple random way from the intermediate stage teachers in the schools of the Bureau of Education in Rawabi in Riyadh in the first semester 1437H - 1438H, the number of (1166) teachers and the size of sample study (180) teacher, The results of the study indicate a weakness in the specifications, material capabilities, services and activities provided by the LRC, where (70.0%) of the study sample did not agree on any dimension of the center of the services and activities provided by the LRC. There is a general weakness in the skills of e-learning among the teachers, that (45.78%) of the sample do not agree on the focus of e-learning skills of teachers.
