The Educational Needs of the Consecrated Women in Some Coptic Orthodox Dioceses to Achieve the Quality of Life in the Egyptian Society

Abstract

The research aims to identify what the consecration in the Egyptian Coptic Orthodox Church is, the quality of life and the most important theoretical trends explained to them as well as the indicators of quality of life in the service of the consecratedwomen and the most important difficulties which face them when they perform their roles to get the necessary educational needs in the light of their roles to achieve the quality of life in theEgyptian society. The two researchers used the descriptive method and came up with a set of educational needs for the consecrated women; including those related to the educational skills:taking into account the characteristics of growth for different stages of life, the management of classroom in Sunday Schools, skills of communication with the special needs children (the deaf and the dumb) and training on modern teaching methods.  Some other needs associated with social and economic life skills: the management of time, dealing with others and control anger and awareness of the origins of health and sexual education for adolescents. Also, the needs related to spiritual and religious skills: skills of respect for the other, the management of dialogue and discussion, thinking skills and behavior modification.
