Epistemological Beliefs of parents about the educational role of primary school "case study"

Abstract

The study aims at defining the Epistemological Beliefs about the educational role of the primary school. also present a set of proposals to promote good ones and to fix and modify the wrong ones, the study used the case study methodology.The results of the study revealed that There are positive  parents’ about the roles of primary school, including the focus on the application of scientific material and that the punishment of the child must be moral and recognize the importance of school activity.There are also many negative beliefs that may hinder the performance of the school from the performance of its roles, including that (81.25%) of the sample have agreed to transfer the activity classes to the teaching of basic subjects, And that the place of seating is important for parents, that (60%) of the sample do not know how to deal with technological means, as the study presented several ways through which to get rid of negative beliefs and strengthen positive beliefs.
