The reality of the teaching performance of Islamic education teachers in the intermediate stage in light of the requirements of the comprehensive project for curriculum development

Abstract

 The goal of current research to know the level of teaching performance of Islamic curriculum teachers، in intermediate level، in the light of the overall requirements of the project to develop the curriculum.                                                      
 The researcher has used the descriptive approach to the relevance of the nature of search based on the description of the phenomenon and an accurate description، and expressed quantitatively and qualitatively and access to the findings contribute to the understanding and development. The research community is the Islamic curriculum teachers in intermediate schools. who are teaching the  Islamic developed curriculum،  in Mahayel educational province.  The number of the teachers is (107). The sample consisted of (30) represents a random group of Islamic curriculum teachers in intermediate schools who are teaching  the Islamic developed curriculum in public schools and Koranic schools  in Mahayel province                                                            
The results showed:
- That teachers' performance in the field of planning level was (average); it was practice proportion to respond moderately (43.3%)، and in the field of implementation was also a (moderate); reaching practice proportion to respond moderately (46.2%)، in the field of Calendar; It was also a (moderate); where the ratio stood at practice to respond moderately (47.2%.)                                                                                               
- And that the highest areas in the relative weight is the area of ​​implementation where he obtained a relative weight (2.07); that is the highest practice areas، followed by the field of which is considered the least exercise then the field Calendar (1.75) planning(1.92).                                                                                           
- And that the practice of the level of Islamic education teachers to teach in light of the overall requirements of the project to develop the curriculum at least in terms of the level of acceptable performance scientifically.                                                                  
In light of these findings، the researcher made some recommendations and proposals
