Abstract

Abstract :                                   
This  study  was aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a  training  program based on mindfulness in  improving   self disclosure among  children who exposed to school bullying    , The sample of the study  is consisted of (60)  male pupils    were   divided into : Experimental group (30) pupil , and control group (30) pupil   From  Mostafa Kamel Prep  school  in El Mahalla El Kubra city   , Their age average  from  12to 14 ,   scale  of   school bullying for victim child  , self disclosure  ,the training program based on mindfulness  (preparation by: researcher),  The results indicated the effectiveness of the training program  in improving  self disclosure among children whom are exposed to school  bullying for experimental group  compared with control group , After applying program  and  follow up ,conclusion : It suggests that intervention  based on mindfulness is effective in improving self disclosure in  school bullying  .
