A proposed Executive Plan to develop the performance of quality assurance Centers in Egyptian Universities in the light of the balanced score card model

Abstract:
The current Research aimed at developing the performance of the quality Assurance center at Egyptian universities in the light of the balanced score card, by identifying the establishment of quality assurance centers in Egyptian universities, and the nature of the balanced score card, its objectives, dimensions and functions. The Research used the descriptive method. the research sample includes members of quality assurance units in colleges, Academic Program Managers, and The faculty members are experienced in the field of quality. The research found that the components of the dimensions of the balanced score card for developing the performance of quality assurance centers in Egyptian universities were available to a medium degree in the dimension of clients and beneficiaries, and in the dimension of learning and growth. while it was not available in the financial dimension, and the internal operations dimension. The research concluded with a proposed executive plan to develop the performance of quality assurance centers in Egyptian universities in light of the balanced scorecard model.
