University leaders are the essence of the administrative process in the university because of their essential role that includes all aspects related to the performance of institutions. The strategy is sustainable development, Egypt's vision 2030, based on the concept of sustainable development, with the aim of improving the quality of life of citizens at the present time, in a way that does not prejudice the rights and future of future generations in life. Therefore, the current research tries to answer the following main question:.
